What a lease package is
One lease together with its amendments. It includes the abstract, one counsel review from the perspective you choose and the cited PDF report. Packages can be used for 12 months after purchase.
Another stakeholder's view
A package's counsel review reads the lease from one side. An extra review credit reviews the same lease again from another stakeholder's side, such as the landlord after the tenant.
No free trial. A 7-day refund.
If LeaseSift is not right for you, your organisation's first purchase can be refunded within 7 days: in full if you have used 5 lease packages or fewer, otherwise for the packages you have not used. If that purchase was a plan, the plan ends. Later purchases are not refundable.
Who bills you
Every customer is billed by Quoqo, Inc. (USA). Customers in India pay in INR as an export of services, with no Indian GST added.
